I had been stuck at the same weight for months and months, so when I heard about the new on-line program, I thought I would give it a try. In the past, I was afraid of doing something on-line. This was my first attempt at doing it on my own without a trainer. Actually, it was easy!!

I have been a long-time member of Expert Fitness and completed many of the workout/weight loss programs developed by Barb and Jill This one was very different.

The workouts are challenging and intense, yet they are fairly simple to perform!

The food plans were easy to prepare and I did not feel hungry. The fact that we could have a splurge dessert or meal on Saturdays was great. I did not feel deprived and there was just the right amount of variety.

I am very pleased with the results I have received. I am stronger and leaner than I have been since March 2005!

If you haven’t tried this program, I would highly recommend it. I have signed on for another round to keep going!

he food and exercise plan is so easily laid out that it is harder not to follow it. 

The recipes and meals are not only simple to prepare, they are also unique and delicious. I am eating – and enjoying – foods that I never would have prepared if left to myself. The bonus has been how much my family has enjoyed the plan. 

My husband has been eating the same meals as me and not only has he lost weight as well, his cholesterol numbers dropped dramatically from this time last year. Even my teenage daughter (you know how they eat!) joins us for dinner!

The exercise portion of the plan quickly became an enjoyable part of my day.  In the past, I found it easier to find excuses than to actually exercise.  For me, and likely for others, the hardest part of a weight loss plan is getting started and sticking with it.  This plan has been phenomenal in keeping me focused and motivated and the results speak for themselves.
