ntly lost weight week after week for a total of 20 lbs in 10 weeks! T
he food and exercise plan is so easily laid out that it is harder not to follow it.
The recipes and meals are not only simple to prepare, they are also unique and delicious. I am eating – and enjoying – foods that I never would have prepared if left to myself. The bonus has been how much my family has enjoyed the plan.
My husband has been eating the same meals as me and not only has he lost weight as well, his cholesterol numbers dropped dramatically from this time last year. Even my teenage daughter (you know how they eat!) joins us for dinner!
The exercise portion of the plan quickly became an enjoyable part of my day. In the past, I found it easier to find excuses than to actually exercise. For me, and likely for others, the hardest part of a weight loss plan is getting started and sticking with it. This plan has been phenomenal in keeping me focused and motivated and the results speak for themselves.
I cannot recommend this program and the staff responsible highly enough. Barb and Jill have both been extremely supportive during my journey and I am looking forward to Phase 2!
