Sport and Athletic Performance Academy

Expert Fitness is The Place for The Athlete. We provide custom sports training programs, injury rehab, sport psychology consulting, fitness nutrition coaching and all aspects of performance enhancement in an intense, high-energy environment.  Every person who walks through the doors of our state-of-the-art facilities is trained and treated like an elite athlete.

Expert Fitness Sport and Athletic Performance Academy will help each athlete gain a competitive advantage by developing the necessary flexibility, speed, strength, agility, balance, and power required by each athlete's respective position within his or her sport. Athletes will become fitter, stronger, quicker, and more powerful to better enhance their playing ability and performance levels.

Our strength training and conditioning specialists provide comprehensive training programs dedicated to enhancing athletic performance in the athletic environment. Our program is designed and developed to meet the needs of tomorrow's athlete's and teams.  We combine world-class training methods, with the knowledge and expertise of certified strength and conditioning coaches who brings a wealth of theoretical and practical knowledge in the sports performance arena.

The TRX Suspension Trainer™ is adjustable for any fitness level and because the mechanics of Suspension Training are based upon three planes of motion, muscles work together in groups to safely build strength, balance, flexibility and core stability in a more efficient manner.

A periodized approach to resistance training featuring complex training strategies based on body movements rather than bodybuilding


Energy System Development (ESD)
Unlike traditional cardio work, Energy System Development focuses on quality, not quantity. Our bodies utilize three different energy systems; therefore, it is necessary to train each of them to ensure optimal performance. The three energy systems are:

» Aerobic
Ability to work beyond 3 minutes and help your body recover from lactate threshold training
» Lactate Threshold
Ability to do high-intensity work for up to 3 minutes
» Alactate Power
Ability to do high level work for up to 12 seconds

ESD improves the function of the entire cardiovascular system while building endurance and helping the body tap into new energy levels.


Post-Work
» Core Development & Physioball
a series of exercises to improve hip, core and shoulder strength and stability
» Regeneration
Self-massage, active isolated stretching and other low-intensity activities designed to enhance recovery
